What Nabbo Collects
Nabbo processes the content you share with it to extract actionable household information. This includes:
- Text messages, emails, and voice transcriptions you send to Nabbo
- Images and screenshots you share for extraction
- Household information you provide during setup (family names, timezone, location)
- Your email address for authentication
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Nabbo service:
- AI extraction of events, tasks, deadlines, and actions from your inputs
- Storing your approved items and household plan
- Sending you notifications about upcoming deadlines and reminders
- Improving extraction accuracy for your household over time
Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored securely using Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Each household’s data is isolated and inaccessible to other users
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising
AI Processing
Nabbo uses Google’s Gemini AI to extract meaning from your messages. Your content is sent to Google’s AI services for processing. Google’s data usage policies for Gemini API apply. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Third-Party Services
- Firebase — Authentication, database, push notifications
- Google Gemini — AI text and image extraction
- SendGrid — Email forwarding ingestion
Your Rights
You can:
- Delete any source message or extracted item at any time
- Delete your entire account and all associated data
- Export your data upon request
- Opt out of notifications
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all household data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
Nabbo is designed for parents to manage family logistics. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. Family member names stored are provided by the parent user.
