By downloading, installing, or using Nabbo (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nabbo is a family logistics assistant that uses AI to extract actionable information from messages, emails, images, and voice inputs shared by the user. The App helps organize household events, tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities.

3. Account & Household

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One household account is managed by the primary parent user
• You are responsible for all content you share with Nabbo

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nabbo for any unlawful purpose
• Share content that infringes on others’ rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service
• Use Nabbo to store sensitive financial or medical records beyond basic household logistics

5. AI Extraction

Nabbo uses AI to interpret and extract information from your inputs. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI extraction may contain errors — always review extracted items
• Nabbo is not a substitute for reading important documents carefully
• Critical deadlines, payments, and legal documents should be verified independently

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Nabbo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Nabbo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nabbo is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed deadlines, forgotten items, or any damages arising from reliance on AI-extracted information. Users remain responsible for verifying and acting on their household logistics.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
